We aim to become the most effective life changing ministry in Yavapai County that serves the homeless and needy by providing for their spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental wholeness through the power of Jesus Christ.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe in the redemptive sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Moreover, we believe in our Savior's sacrifice is the power to transform lives. This moves us to bring the love of God or Father to the surrounding community in all we do.
WHO WE ARE
David Barreras is most recently from Tucson, AZ and the Tucson Gospel Rescue Mission. He is passionate about God's truth and has the gift of preaching. He may look intimidating, but he's a big teddy bear who would give you the shirt off his back.
Team Leader & Secretary of the board
Yvonne Barreras is the wife of Dave for 26 years and counting and the mother of 3 "adult" children: Danny, Selena, and Nathan. She enjoys singing and music of all kinds, roller coasters, experiencing different cultures through food. She also loves going on missions trips and meeting new people.
Stacy has a background in public relations, marketing and advertising, she fell in love with the mission and the ladies, and has been involved since its opening, whether cooking meals or teaching stretch classes for health, pain inside, and out (the happy hormones are just a plus).
Moriah Hart was raised from a young age to love the Lord, follow Jesus' loving example and has always loved interacting with those around her, especially children. Moriah works for local speech and language clinic and works all over the quad city area doing clinic visits with all ages. She spends much of her time with her husband and Cecily.
Erik, finding a redeemed life in Christ whilst at college, Erik has spent his life seeking to share the Gospel and meet people where they need Jesus most. He works at Arizona Hot Tub Company helping people with aches and pains and when off duty Erik spends his time with his lovely wife Moriah and daughter Cecily.
Jon Wolfinger is a follower of Jesus, husband to Karen, father of three boys, and a pastor in Prescott. He hopes to see the love of Jesus and centrality of the gospel continue to spread through the greater Prescott area.
